EMIFlow ("the App") is a simple loan EMI calculator designed to help you plan your finances.
Your privacy is important to us. EMIFlow continues to perform EMI calculations directly on
your device and does not upload the loan information you enter or the
calculation results generated by the App.
Certain online features, including mobile
number verification, account access, and security checks, require limited
account and technical information to be processed as described below.
2. Information We Process
EMIFlow processes only limited information required for account access,
security, and operation of online features.
Mobile Phone Number
When you register or sign in to EMIFlow, your mobile phone number may be processed to:
Create or recognize your account
Send or verify a verification code
Confirm account access
Maintain account security
Prevent unauthorized access
Your mobile phone number is not used for personalized advertising, promotional messaging, or unrelated marketing.
Google Advertising ID
Where available through Google Play
services, EMIFlow may access the Google Advertising
ID (AD_ID).
The Advertising ID may be used to:
Support account security
Detect unusual or suspicious activity
Prevent unauthorized use
Protect EMIFlow and its users
EMIFlow does not use the Advertising ID for personalized advertising,
targeted advertising, advertising profiling, or unrelated marketing.
Network and Technical Information
Internet access is required for certain
online functions, including account registration, verification-code login,
account security, and communication with our systems.
Limited network or technical information
may be processed where necessary to:
Complete account verification
Maintain secure connections
Support account security
Diagnose technical problems
Maintain reliable App operation
EMIFlow does not use this technical information to perform your EMI
calculations.
3. How the App Works
EMIFlow performs all EMI calculations locally on your device using the
standard mathematical formula.
The numbers you enter — loan amount,
interest rate, and duration — are used only to compute results displayed on
your screen.
This data is never saved to a database or
sent over the internet.
Your chosen theme preference may also be
stored locally on your device.
4. Permissions and Device Access
EMIFlow requires internet access for account registration,
verification-code login, account security, and related online functions.
Where supported, the App may also access
the Google Advertising ID for the security purposes described in this Privacy
Policy.
EMIFlow does not require access to:
Your camera or microphone
Your contacts or call logs
Your precise location
Your personal files or media
These device functions are not required for
EMI calculations.
5. Third-Party Services
EMIFlow does not display personalized or targeted advertisements.
Limited account or technical information
may be processed by service providers that help us operate functions such as:
Mobile number verification
Hosting and network services
Account security
Security support
Technical operation
These providers may process information
only as necessary to support the relevant service.
We do not sell or rent users' personal
information.
Information may also be disclosed where
reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal
requests, investigate misuse or security issues, or protect users and the
security of EMIFlow.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Loan amounts, interest rates, repayment
durations, and EMI calculation results are processed locally and are not
retained on our servers.
Account-related information may be retained
for as long as reasonably necessary to provide account services, maintain
security, prevent unauthorized use, respond to user requests, or comply with
applicable legal requirements.
You may request deletion of your EMIFlow account and eligible account-related information.
Account deletion may be requested through
the deletion option provided in the App or by contacting us at:

We may ask for sufficient information, such
as your registered mobile phone number, to verify account ownership.
After a valid deletion request is verified,
eligible account-related information will be deleted or anonymized within a
reasonable period.
This may include:
Registered mobile phone number
Account-related information
Login-related records
Certain limited information may be retained
where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security
investigations, dispute resolution, or protection of users and EMIFlow.
Locally stored App information can be
removed by clearing EMIFlow data through your device
settings or uninstalling the App.
7. Children's Privacy
EMIFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal
information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable
steps to delete such information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time
to time to reflect changes in the App, our data practices, legal requirements,
or platform requirements.
Any updated Privacy Policy will be made
available through the App or an associated publicly accessible page.
